Industrial Laundry - Model CL-180IJ Captex Automated Pants System
The Model CL-180IJ Captex Automated Pants System, designed for the industrial launderer, is a rotating carousel legger press with two sets of heads so, while one station is pressing, another is loading. It also offers an optional automatic unloader, automatic hanging device and programmable temperature control to lower the temperature for the pressing of expensive flame retardant garments which cannot be pressed at normal temperatures. The machine has very heavy duty construction and a programmable microprocessor controlling all functions and de-skilling the operator. Considerable tumbler fuel savings (as much as 268 cubic feet of gas per load) and tumbler total cycle time savings (drying and cool-down of as much as 50% ) are achievable since the garments no longer need to be fully dried prior to pressing.

The UCAL-L4 Jaguar Double Legger Press is built on the Hoffman/New Yorker heavy duty UA frame. This rugged construction provides long life to withstand the same high production workload as demanded by garment manufacturers. The dual cylinder package has regulated pressure with the ability, for those applications required, to produce the highest squeeze pressure in the industry. This flexibility in pressure makes the Jaguar a most diversified press ready to process nearly any legging type program regardless of fabric. Newly designed soft-touch operating buttons eliminate operator fatigue and improve productivity. For the Industrial Launderers, the Jaguar is available with the choice of either a flat or curved pressing surface shape and a center cloth leaf for double legging.
Laundry Presses - UA Series
UA Series - built on our world renowned heavy duty UA frame with cast iron Y (yoke) piece, our UA Series of laundry presses are equipped with the largest dual cylinder package available anywhere. Specially designed heads and bucks provide fast and even drying. A multitude of different head and buck shapes are offered for utility, legging, topping and specialized pressing and finishing. All of our laundry hot heads come complete with new ergonomic softouch control buttons to reduce operator fatigue. Durable nickel chrome plated self-aligning heads eliminate impurity build-up and sticking, thereby eliminating re-pressing or touch-up from these problems.
Shirt Finishing - BC Series Laydown
This is an economically priced 3 piece Laydown Laundry Shirt Unit consisting of the BCL-14 Bosom/Body, the same Model ALS-12S Sleever as with the UA Series and the Model BCLY-12 Collar/Cuff/Yoke built on our BC frame style. The BCL-14 Bosom/Body is sized for pressing shirts (The BCL-14 is not oversized as is our ALB-6 in the UA Laydown Series which can press other items as well as shirts). Our BCLY-12 Collar/Cuff/Yoke has one cuff buck requiring a second operation for the second cuff as on all other conventional Laydown Shirt Units other than our above ALCY-8 with the UA Laydown Series.
Shirt Finishing - Cabinet Body Presses
Our Cabinet Body Presses are offered as a single (Model SBC-V) or double buck (Model DBC-V) and are built for efficiency, productivity, higher quality of finishing and higher profitability. Simplification and easier maintenance were important factors in the design, resulting in very few air valves, tubing, solenoids, etc. as compared to other machines. The smooth, positive buck transfer design eliminates messy rails, sleeves dragging and buck collisions. Proprietary head design ensures even, hotter head temperatures for faster and improved body finishing. Our internally heated Sizewise® bucks offer the widest size range of shirt processing, as well as excellent finishing of the sides and side seams. We utilize a "proven in the garment industry" PLC control which also offers more in-depth self diagnostics and management productivity information than other machines. These machines include a built-in heat exchanger for preheating the air that is delivered to the side and yoke bags, have a self-contained blower eliminating compressed air to the side and yoke bags and the resultant soiling of the shirt from air compressor contaminates and utilizes slightly porous air bags for faster and better finishing of the sides and yokes. These same features are included on our Model CSL Cabinet Sleever as well as automatic sleeve size adjustment, no use of expander blades thus eliminating unwanted wrinkles, automatic cuff clamp opening and easy accurate seam alignment. There is also an option for our patented pneumatic cuff clamps that further increase operator productivity as well as quality. The Model ALC-8 Collar/Cuff is built on our world-renowned heavy duty UA frame. It has been proven from actual field testing that the ALC-8 absolutely provides the highest quality crisp finish. Consistent high temperature head design quickens drying time (up to 25%). New ergonomic design includes Soft Touch control buttons to reduce operator fatigue and increase operator productivity.
